Christ in Christmas Completed Bag Return

Thank you to everyone who has taken a bag, ornament or made a donation to the Christ in Christmas Program this year. We are in awe of all the wonderful support! There are still a few bags left and they are in a bin by the Christmas tree in the Narthex.
If you take a bag, we ask you to shop for all the items on the list and place them in the bag. Each bag will cost approximately $125 to complete. The needs of each child will consist of an outfit (top and bottom), package of socks, package of underwear, mittens/gloves, hat and toy. Toys include art sets, baby dolls, trains, blocks, sports balls, Barbie's, etc...(no battery operated or electric toys, please). Please return all bags, OPEN with UNWRAPPED items during one of the following drop off times below. If you can't make one of these times, please reach out and we will get your completed bag from you.
Completed bags can be dropped off per the following schedule:
Friday, December 3rd from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at SPX school pickup
Saturday, December 4th from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. around 5:00 p.m. mass
Sunday, December 5th from 8:00 a.m. - noon around Sunday masses
If you are not able to take a bag this year, there are other ways you can help the program. There are two Christmas trees with gingerbread ornaments... one in the school atrium and another in the church Narthex. Each ornament consists of one item... a winter coat, hooded sweatshirt or pair of pajamas. These items can be returned at any time to the parish office or at one of the drop off dates above.
We also have envelopes for monetary donations, if that is easier for you this year. Finally, don't forget about the blanket drive for school families on Thursday, December 9th
