Kaizen is a Japanese word that means continuous improvement of working practices and self-efficiency. The mission of our Kaizens is to have continuous improvement for self, others, school, and community by applying the 7 Habits. St. Pius X Offers a wide variety of Kaizens for students from 1st - 8th grade. Students are given the opportunity to sign up for a Kaizen based on personal preference and passion towards a particular service. Each Kaizen team is led by 8th grade students alongside staff and parent volunteers. Students may wear their F.A.I.T.H. Kaizen shirt with uniform bottoms.
