Blood. We tend to take it for granted, until we need it. What you may not realize is that a small-time commitment can change someone's life, maybe even your own. Blood donation is at a 10 year low – blood products needed this summer as our local supply continues in a blood shortage. Accident victims, premature babies, cancer warrior’s and other patients who need blood transfusions to stay healthy are in need  EVERY DAY….even during summer vacations.
